Do Your Fears Hold You Back?
Believe it or not, fear isn’t always a bad thing. As a matter of fact, in certain situations, your fears can actually benefit you. When we learn how to channel fear and use it in positive ways, we unlock many doors of opportunity within our lives. There are times where fear is healthy and should hold us back. For example, fearing touching something hot is a healthy fear. However, more often than not, people fear things that pose them no real danger. Analyze your fear and determine whether or not it is justified. If it isn’t, face your fear and push beyond it.
