Failure to do will be deemed to be an admission that the charge is correct. SCIENCE OF IMAGERY, LLC. offers a thirty (30) day money back guarantee. If after thirty (30) days of joining, you wish to terminate your membership, SCIENCE OF IMAGERY, LLC. has three (3) ways to terminate your membership: (1) You can use your login to cancel (2) you can unsubscribe from a link on any email you receive which will cancel out your membership and (3) You can email us at the addresses listed on the contact page. All other cancelation of memberships may be done in the same manner. Please note that we require a forty-eight (48) hour processing time in order to cancel the membership. Each party to this Agreement acknowledges that no representations, inducements, promises, or agreements, orally or otherwise, have been made by any party, or anyone acting on behalf of any party, which is not embodied herein, and that no other agreement, statement, or promise not contained in this Agreement shall be valid or binding.

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming.

Venue. You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in Wyoming in connection with any dispute between you and SCIENCE OF IMAGERY, LLC. arising out of these Terms of Use or pertaining to the subject matter hereof. The parties to these Terms of Use each agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute between the parties arising out of these Terms of Use or pertaining to the subject matter of these Terms of Use will be in state and federal courts in the city closest to Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Severability. If a court or an arbitrator of competent jurisdiction holds any provision of this Agreement to be illegal, unenforceable, or invalid in whole or in part for any reason, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions or portions of them, will not be affected.

Waiver. The failure of a party to insist upon strict adherence to any term of this Agreement on any occasion shall not be considered a waiver thereof or deprive that party of the right thereafter to insist upon strict adherence to that term or any other term of this Agreement.

Notices.
