I’ve been there. I know about the racing heart, the panic attacks, the feeling that it will never end. I’ve lived it. In fact, it was a normal part of life for me until I discovered one important fact which was that it wasn’t doing me any good at all. The stress was making me sick and adding years to my life and guess what, the problems were still there. Stress or anxiety will never solve a situation but will surely make it all a lot worse. Sometimes we just have to let go of what is out of our control and learn to live in the moment. Give yourself some time to calm down and relax. This will not only help you feel better but will also help you come up with new ways to solve problems. We cannot be creative when we are overwhelmed. However, our mind is able to run free when we are at ease. Take a deep breath and believe that better days are coming. Everything has an expiration point, especially the hard times that we may face.
