Regret, The Baggage Nobody Wants

Making big changes in our lives can be a bit scary at times, especially when we have become accustomed to the way things are. However, sometimes it is better to buckle down and face the fear of change rather than allow yourself to remain trapped in a life you feel could be much better.

The good thing about fear is the fact that it can be overcome. On the other hand, regret takes place once it is too late to change things. More often than not, it ends up being something that follows people to their graves.
