Taking Back Control
Many people live under the belief that their mind completely controls their body and their life. While this may be true in certain aspects, it’s actually pretty far from the truth. You see, we are the masters of our mind, at least we should be. As hard as it may be, we can decide what kind of thoughts, emotions, and actions we would like to have in life. Trust me, I know firsthand how impossible it can feel at times to remain in control of my mind instead of it being the other way around. What’s important is to remember that any challenge can be conquered with enough practice and dedication. In reality, it comes down to how badly you want something. Here’s the main question you should be asking yourself. Would you rather be in control, or be controlled?
