Feelings can be hard to control at times. Especially when it comes to very strong ones. However, not all of your emotions should be entertained. Basically, the more we encourage negative feelings, the more we will experience them. It may feel like it is impossible to stop experiencing certain emotions such as anger and fear, but I assure you it can be done. Remember, you are in control of your life, your emotions may thing they are but they are not!
