We Can Laugh Away The Things That Make Us Hurt
The hurt of yesterday can have negative effects on the quality of today, if we let it. There are many things we can do to get over pain of the past. We don’t have to be a victim of our circumstances or allow the things we have gone through to control our lives. Believe it or not, getting over hurtful events from the past is possible. In fact, it’s likely easier than a lot of people think. While it may be hard to believe, we can laugh away the pain from our past. Next time you’re feeling down about something, chuckle a bit about it and watch your pain fade away.
