Place Yourself In The Moment

I feel that there are a lot of people who unnecessarily stress themselves out by thinking about things that are out of their control. Understandably, it can be a little scary when it comes to approaching deadlines, bills that need to be paid, as well as big changes in life. However, it’s better to simply realize at times that the best thing you can do is focus on the moment. The more you are able to place yourself “in the moment” the sooner the other things will fade into the background.
