Find The Good Within
Deep within us all there is a sense of goodness. Whenever it feels like the stress, worry, fear or frustration begins to build up from the things you experience in your day to day life, dig down dig and unleash the inner good. Believe it or not, the inner-self wants nothing but the best for us and can be used as our guide. However, in order for our inner-self to guide us, we must first dig down deep enough to release it. Once it is released, there will be a sense of goodness that is released from us that bubbles up like an unstoppable geyser.
