One of the best ways to look at anger is as if it is a wind that tries to blow out the light of your mind. When you let your frustrations take control of your mind and your thoughts, the burning light of your mind begins to dwindle down, becoming dimmer and dimmer very rapidly. Luckily, we can do many things to prevent this wind from diminishing the light of our mind. Reinforce your mind with positive thoughts and deal with your frustrations in positive ways. Never allow them to build up or attempt to bottle them within. Believe me, this rarely leads to positive results.
